INO was founded in 1997 with the desire to help companies with their telecommunication projects. Through our consulting activity, we provided the attention, support and expertise needed to ensure the success of each project.
OVER THE YEARS
Still driven by the desire to provide complete solutions adapted to our customers’ businesses, we expanded our expertise over time. To better meet customer needs, we created INO Telecom in 2007 to offer special numbers, M2M and added-value services to our customers.
In 2013, we started our software editor branch specialized in customer relations. Because we were unsatisfied with the solutions available on the market, we decided to develop our own omnichannel platform to provide end-to-end solutions to our customers.
Customer expectations are rapidly evolving, and new technology even more so. Today, our mission is to help companies navigate the complexity of communication, where the balance between people and technology has become key to success.
